There are some problems with uniques as they exist now. Dont worry though I will post all the spoiler info on these Uniques at end of post. I dont know whats already been posted on these boards so I will just post all of Storm's secret guild info.
The problems though need to be fixed. Here is a quick list of things I have noticed.
Uniqueness - Its hard to tell if something is unique or not. It would be great if a note or something would be dropped since it's already hard enough we should atleast be notified it is unique.
Location - Some Mobs are very badly placed and can and are being exploited. Ill detail it specifically in each Mobs Case in the spoiler section. Mostly though Mob Bosses are being kited to Guard locations so the guards can easily kill them and the players loot it with very little effort. This should NOT be happening, it's tooo damn cheap. Something should and could be easily done about this. So please fix it.
Camping - Hey I'm all for a large guild trying to get enough of the items for the whole guild, but there comes a time when it gets silly. We don't want another Evercamp game. In my opinion the Mobs should be moved to different locations/zones just to keep the camping to a minimum. Heck this could possibly be done more often on mobs that are lesser known and less often on those well known. That way it pays for guilds to tell locations after a couple camps just to make sure they dont have to find it again.
Spawn Time - Its too predictable. They spawn every 20ish hours and after ever server crash. Have it spawn a little faster and a more random spawn time like every 10-18 hours. This keeps camping down more and those that really want the item can get their guild and just sit it out if its that important. Now though only the person camping it knows the spawn times and can come back almost as it is spawning. Spawn time is realllly that predictable.

Torrith the Ancient -- 500x2200 Greater Tir County
Spawns an enforcer item that adds a few to a couple skills. It spawns about 1/4th the time
Jack "Leg Chopper" Menendez -- 3200x1400 Varmint Woods
Spawns an Axe, Gloves, and a Bracer. Axe spawns everytime others are random.
Trash King and The Trash King's Lackey -- 1600x950 Athen Shire
Couple of different pistols, a shoulder thingie, a belt, and NCU. Pistols are every time. The rest are random.
Iron Reet -- 850x1000 Mutant Domain
Aggro Enhancer spawns about 1/3 the time.
Professor Van Horn -- 2900x1600 Newland Desert
Expensive Vest and nice bracer. The vest is a hard spawn to get. the bracer is almost every time.
Colonel Frank Kaehler -- 700x2000 Omni Forest
Sleeves and gun. Spawns everytime and pretty much unwearable.
Commander Kelly Fredrickson -- 1750x1100 Tir County
Same as the Colonel
Daria Marie Walzer -- 1800x2000 Lush Fields
Verry verry verry hot suit. Everything you see her wearing will eventually spawn off of her.
Marcus Robicheaux, Poet Laureate -- 1500x2900 Broken Shores
NCU pants, sleeves, and headband. Always spawns something so far.
R-2000 Vermin Disposel Unit -- 1200x2200 Greater Tir County
Rat Goggles. Exploited by clanners who drag him to the outpost and let guard kill him.
Mick "Nugget" McMullet -- 1100x3700 Clon****
Oven Mits, Shades of Lucibration. Shades spawn every time. Omni heavily exploiting this spawn since 5 deep red guards are there to help a single omni kill him. Seriously toooooo dang easy for this one.
