Lol, Ive only played it for like 2hrs since I bought it I really need to give it a good try. I hoped it would be more like Broodwar but im sure its good if u take the time.

Yea i heard the same, but from what i have read on the SWG web site is looks like a really good game.

Just hope that SWG dosent expect that everyone will buy it and like it cause it's Star Wars, but will make it as good as it is in writing and that would be the selling point.

I'm gonna try it and make my own opinion of it, if it sucks i'll be right back in AO, or not play mmorpg's anymore :P Takes alot of time

Hehe, I have played it quite alot, but considering your a uber StarCraft player i guess you own me after you have played it for a few hours more.

Ok i stopped reading once i got on page 2 due to all the bullsh*t. Anyway I just gotta say to Redemption that omni works together and WOULD overrun you w/o the help of other clanners.....however Tarasque IS a unique mob just like the rest of them, we dont roll loot at khaeler and van horn...BUT keep in mind with Notum Wars there is going to be a 'You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours' attitude meaning dont expect every clanner to come running when omni decides to go after Reds Tower (s).


Now to the topic that this thread is here for, sorry for my 2 cents up above voorg but you know i cant keep my mouth shut. Iv known you since that day in avalon where I met you and Thesarus and you became LC, And the day that you 2 left to join EF was 1 of the worst ive had in my AO career, But that goes to show how much I cared for you guys. Best of luck in RL and I do hope to see you back soon. So stick with the trend and make this thread a complete waste by comming back.

Lots of good memories from my LC days game was really fun back then.

I said "Im out of AO cus its not fun anymore." and for me it wasnt, no plans to come back atm, am busy with RL atm, work is manic + buying a new house gotta decorate etc..

Who knows what the future will bring, but I worded my post carefully as not to make the thread a complete waste.

Excellent, the infighting of the higher more powerful guilds will defeat all.

Squabbling over loot is what kills a lot of alliences, and i hear mention that Wolfe won't lead any Tarasque raids. While it is obviosuly nice to hear his name mentioned with such revere, why don't you ask yourselves a question.

If his opinion matters so much, why don't you ask him?

I don't have a title level six character, and i personaly know a few title level one and two characters that i respect more than some of you 'high-levels'.

There is an existing method of obtaining loot fairly, if people don't like it, don't go.

I will discuss at length with anyone solutions to problems that i see exist, at the moment its all elitism though.

1ST I dont give a flying monkey bout tara loot. I go there to help. Not lately though, to me the whining isnt worth it.

2nd I do care about Voorg leaving. Sad to see you go mate, hope its not permanent.

I see a lot of people getting all worked up about this issue. These people need to step back, take a breather, take a break, whatever. Its a game.

3rd Tarasque is really the biggie numero uno issue that mmorpg has. Vauable loot, 2 major sides that can fight in loot dung, long spawn times, etc. Dont be surprised by all this, we are social creatures from all different cultures. Work it out best you can.
Some people may be using it as a means of upgrading their social standing, as in politics, ie pecking order. This is the way humans are. If you do aspire to these heights of leadership, then expect some people also to want to bring you down a notch or two.

4th Its called anarchy online not socialist republic online !!
Expect people to rain on your parade once in a while, after all, if its allowed by Funcom, then its part of the game. Yes you may hate what was done, but I HOPE its roleplay hate. Dont bring lifes dirty tricks to the gaming table...

5th It was an idea that disc put forward, have high level KT's compete for loot. Seems fair to me. Tarabot and raffling also seems fair to me. Figure it out amongst yourselves what you wanna do, but expect that not everyone knows the in's and out's and protocol that you come up with.
