Make equip times much faster for belt component platforms

But seriously, what was the rationale behind making these things take minutes to equip? If there was one?

I believe it was to prevent traders or agts getting higher socket belts on at silly low levels, the self comp lit buffs last for 55 secs so they upped the equip time of belts to 60 secs around the time of the OE patch

Can't be, you only need the complit at the time when you start equipping that belt. It is annoying though to have to install lower QL NCU's first, rebuff and then install the high ones.

Oh I get it now... just because 2 profs can equip belts at low levels by exploiting a poor design decision, everyone has to get bent over?

For me, this passes as one of the more cruel and unusual 'fixes'. I certainly don't think it'll be the last.

You now have to unequip every ncu in the belt before you can take it off.....

this one is annoying and serves no good purpose whatsoever!
