ICC Missions - Arbitration Drone

With the 18.8.13 Patch that launched on April 14, 2016, new missions were added to the game. You can retrieve these missions by speaking with Arbiter Vincenzo Palmiero or the Arbitration Drone in the Holo Deck Tower outside of the ICC grid exit. Here we will focus on the missions offered by the Arbitration Drone. Currently, the drone offers missions for a week and then disappears for a week. After that week of disappearance is up, the drone will return with the same missions.

Freelancers Inc.
Requires that you complete 3 regular daily missions

Rewards:
1) 5% Chance on Freelance Inc. Token
2) 10% Chance on 'Damaged Freelancers Inc Recall Beacon'
3) 1 ICC Commendation
4) XP/Research
5) Tokens

Note: It appears that your level may play a factor into whether or not you receive an update on some of these daily's. This may be a bug.

SL Elite (Alappa, Catacombs)
200+ Elite (Prisoner, Aune)
DOJA & Special DOJA

Level-Specific Missions from Arbitration Drone

Alien (Place the Bomb | Find Ammunition | Terminate Alien Cocoons | Salvage)

Mission Based on Level
Level X = Subway Mission

Level 26-90 = ToTW Mission
Kill 30 Cultists.

Level 61-110 = Currently Bugged
Sometimes receive a mission for ToTW.
Sometimes not able to pull a mission.

Level 125-200 = Inner Sanctum Mission
Defeat the Re-Incarnator.

For this mission, go into Inner Sanctum and there will be a mob in a white robe floating around on the 1st floor after you step through the portal. Kill this mob and a blue portal spawns. Step through the portal and kill the level 210 Re-Incarnator. He also has a few Undead Soldier adds around him. Only Level 125-200 players can enter that area of Inner Sanctum.

The ToTW I have picked up at lvl 30, currently just completed it with a lvl 34
