What is logic in this mission? All steps must be done in order, so first two steps needs 3 city raids as only ground general is counted on 2nd step and need to kill 10 hackers before generals.
Without multiple cities this will take insane amount of time from one org.

Besides all that, this Quest should be doable in a raid.
No matter if you have one city or three, it will result in 6 ppl occupying one city three times in a row, or three cities at once while everyone else is left behind. This is not teamplay friendly at all.

And you don't get updates in city if you're in a raid.
Isn't it called a... "City Raid"? Lol...
Edit: Baby beat me to it :S But, the same is true for city daily, which doesn't make sense for the same reasons...

You guys are missing the point... complaining about the city is kinda moot when the quest is literally impossible due to not being able to kill an APF without raid

No we're not. It's just as much part of the Quest and completely silly to occupy a city for 5 hours because else you can't get your Quest done.

Anyone tried Sector 42 East/North side bosses yet? I know that Sec42 in on a 4hour cooldown just wanna know if they work as they have the same names as APF 13/35 bosses.
If it's true that the quest doesn't updated in a raid interface like city daily, that means not a single person at FC tested the quest before release. That can't be possible... right?
PS: Did a GM remove this quest giver and spawn the pvp one instead? Can we get a post on what happened so people stop running around trying to do the quest?

well if it respawned a miner every time you killed someone, this would be an ok mish. but with 50 people that each need 5 miners, thats a few hours...
