Would this happen to be a Sector 42 Raid, People tell me about them a bit, I've been considering altering the time to an Hour later, if it would help increase participation?

No time travel involved unfortunately, Rutzak was just mad at being killed at last months Raid despite being newly Immortal and wanted a little more Limelight, Fixed now.
