On new engine sometimes I zone into rome blue or other places and appear under the ground. I tryed /stuck and using the RK warp item and still under ground only way to fix it seems to be to relog. I get mostly a black screen with odd shapes and rain hitting above my screen view if its raining.

Sometime I get what you describe, but the char is not under the ground at that times. Everything, except GUI and Input is frozen and if I /follow someone my char does follow them, I just can't see it myself.
