Got a small city at Playa that's just been used for farming. Got no time to use it now, so willing to sell it for 250m, lower price than it cost me, but I just want to get rid of it. Still payed for another 4 weeks or so. Just the needed buildings for raiding + grid there, so monthly upkeep is 50m.
