Seeing more characters running around and the NPE play through top my list. Some things I don't like but overall well done. If all of AO played like the NPE we would need more servers. AO desperately needs *fun* smooth progression through all level ranges.
I really like the small things, the quality of life changes, like all Rubi-Ka maps and upgrades being available at level 1, and Ctrl + right-click an item in your inventory to sell it. Ctrl + right-click is such a huge time saver. Absolutely love it

Tip #743: As noted in Tip #244, tea bags have an infinite variety of uses. However, there's always one jerk who will want to give you crap over drinking tea.
