None spawn when fgrid cast and don't get the "item in inventory either..." and its not in inventory/bank (checked all on fixer)

I can confirm it spawns correctly on my live fixer when casting the self-fgrid nano (Hack Grid Data Stream).

Thanks for checking. I didn't think to check that one, as I always use the Team version. The self does work for me, but not the team one (and it used to).

Not sure the change was intended, it doesn't personally bother me, but it'd be handy to have it spawn on both just for convenience's sake.
