Composite nano changes missing HD, ND, RS buffs now?

So the new Composite nanos have chopped and changed about what each one buffs. Comp Medical, Combat and Tradeskill Special have gone with their contents being put into Comp Tradeskills and Comp Utility. However the integral Quickness buff, the Heal Delta buff and the Nano Delta buff are missing. Oversight? Popped up somewhere else I cannot find at this time?

Please don't tell me the RS removal was intentional, everywhere I look lowbie movement is getting nerfed. Yalms, Parrot, City Whompahs and now the Quickness in the Comps?

Yes, heal and nano delta were left out intentionally by Dev's ... at least that was the answer while on test-live last summer. Run speed was explained then because toon run speeds were increased.

Oh yes, the new comps have a variety of different cast requirements, instead of all being set to 30 PM and SI. Was this intended or an oversight?

I've still got HD/ND on my 8 hour ones. So only the ones that were already uploaded still have these effects?
