Sorry, it needs to be in that range, I can't easily equip anything higher than ql 30 on my character and ql 15 isn't +2 CL :/

Ah that's fine, just got one after 55 team mission boss kills and about 60 or 70 dyna kills ... finally had 1 (just one) drop...

I'll holler if I need to borrow later on if i misplace mine
