Ninja change of GUPHs loot table in today's patch?

I only wonder if it was intended or just some random side effect:

Before patch I killed few hundreds of GUPHs and never ever got a single piece of Miy's armour.
After patch I killed maybe 2-3 dozens and saw at least 4-5 parts. (and not a single part of "old phats" even pillow or crappy gun)

It would be good to know if there is still a chance of getting some phats or only Miy's armour?

There were a number of changes to the loot of the outdoor Uncle Pumpkin-Heads, mostly increasing the chances of Lya armor, and introducing Miy armor to the Griefing and Ganking Uncle Pumpkin-Heads.

Just killed a couple of (lowbie tho) GUPHs and got a funky mix of everything. Seeing lowbie miy pieces dropping, is pretty nice!

I never really understood where 'Ganking' pumpkins where, are they the ones supposed to be in the pvp area?

Yes, the ones in the Illegal Mining PvP area.
