Cause for starter's I don't feel like loosing credits in it, but depending how high the bid gets I might consider it after the auction ends. Hope that explains it

no offense to funcom, but you know how the patch inc has been... can take 4-5-6-7-8-9 years.. you dont realy know so its a problem.
you can hope it comes in 1 year and wait.. or buy it asuming the patch never will come

First we do not know if all those changes proposed in next patch will ever hit live server.
Second as Le-Quack wrote it can take several months if not years.

Personally I think that creating shops with fixed QL of implants is good idea only for implants up to QL 200, all higher QL should remain as loot only.
