Legends is not only how well a player do in pvp or pvm. But actions admired by others which including personalities, attitudes, moral, heroic, ethical, ability to inspire and many more, as a whole.
However, i want to greets those who inspired and influenced my actions ingame through out my AO career, and can be considered as Legends:

Advlai, Rmik, Chyna, UNKNOWN, Danjal, Alpha Omega, Fifty, Issessal, Dritst, Ensiside, Grind42, Famous last word, Dark1947, Forz, Unkfix, Thedevil, Rizu, Torakx, Mrmuff, Doublebeater and many more.

AO would have been a different game to me without you guys. Thank you for the fun throughout the years.

I would name a little few that I remember at the moment i write this :

- Wonthealu : prolly the best leader (clan) of all times
- Artyomis : best leader omni of all times

Those last 2 peoples could motivate way more peoples to join tower wars than anyone would ever attempt, same goes for myself but hey, calling myself a legend just sound wrong even if a lot say it

- Forz, Phante and Danjal : incredible pvp'ers and awesome peoples
- Rizu aka Dokkie : well, he's Robin, I'm Batman so...
- I can't remember his name atm but that guy that made the first AO raiding bots for mercs, he was 12 year old at that time, if anyone remember him?
- Morkhai, irl friend. Used to play together in same room!
- Adonf and Athx, those 2 enfs back in time...no words except OMFG
