The Homestead Accord is an economically neutral organization. THA members are free to do business with other citizens of Rubi-Ka as they see fit, be they Omni employees, Clan members, or fellow independent citizens. THA works hard to ensure the privacy of Neutral business transactions, so as to avoid unwanted political repercussions.

THA was created as a neutral-aligned, roleplaying-encouraged organization. Ostensibly, the organization's goals include protecting neutral interests and preventing political entanglements from impeding neutral commerce - but to that end, THA's commitment to protecting the privacy of its members also serves nicely as a cover for smuggling less-than-legal goods with very few travel restrictions, something the founders (and presumably some members) are fairly heavily involved with.
Does that mean you need to be a criminal or shady character to join? Certainly not. An organization like THA would attract plenty of legitimate members in addition, and offer them the same protection and privacy. The illicit side of the business is well obfuscated, and members who aren't engaged in illegal activity may well be unaware of the org's illicit dealings... though the keen eared will almost certainly be aware of "victimless crimes" among organizational traffic.
This is a brand-new startup meant to fill the void of no neutral RP orgs present at the moment. I'm looking for neutrals interested in participating in current and future RP events and in the ongoing AO storyline, and of course help other players - I do play the game as well, a bit.In the meantime, you're free to explore, hunt, gather, tradeskill, and conduct business as you like. A bot will be coming soon, and once we grow a bit the addition of city and towers will be discussed.
