How to add bio to character page?

You can go to http://www.anarchy-online.com/content/community/people/, type in any character's name, and get a little stat page on them; breed, profession, current level, all that. It also includes a 'Permanent link to character bio' or such.

The question is, how does one get an actual bio/backstory added? I've got one written up, I just don't know where I'm supposed to submit it or email it to.

discription:

1: the page IS your char bio
2: the link show that say: Permanent link to the bio of Soziax. is just a link to your char bio "the page you are wathing now" its just shown in some king of frame
3: if u look at the adress bar you will see this: http://www.anarchyonline.com/content...ple/chars.html
4: if u click the link for your char bio you will just be directed to your char page in stand-alone frame... use sow you can copy the url to do whatever with it..

I know what it says; I also know there's a huge blank space on that page under the portrait and the stats. This seems like it's been tailor-made for backgrounds and histories and such.
