City Resettlement Beacon - Names

So what is the plan, if any, for orgs that return to Anarchy more than a year past the server merge?

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but the system mail that sent org leaders the city resettlement beacon etc. expired after one year.

I had thought that I heard somewhere that FC would make these system mail items with no expiration, but apparently not.

Maybe no one at Funcom cares about orgs that did not return within one year. I have seen other threads where toons were missing items that should have been in the mail waiting for them, like the serenity islands apartment key, but there was nothing there and GM's couldn't restore them.

If that is the case why are toon names still being held in limbo?

I had exactly the same question a week ago when I reactivated one of my old org-s.
Also I have sent a petition about restoring the city on a base of getting resettlement beacon - I was told it is not available to receive the item.
So I petitioned again and the other GM had no problem with that.
Weird story I know.
