today while I was pvping in bore, Azurehaze payed another level 76 30 million credits to gank me.... he showed up to the fight (which was close) to help finish me off... what a scrub.

That's though to tell, there is no right answer to this (and never will). Twinks can be built for different purposes thus it's not easy to compare them with each other. For example my twinks have never been very active in TW but I've always engaged in duels and random Bor PvP.
Also TL3 PvP is very unbalanced, it's heavily dominated by enfs and traders with agents, soldiers, docs and MPs being farily good competition (and MAs in duel scenarios). Rest is just out of the question in terms of PvP.

I dont fault your old orgmate for accepting the money... I would have done the same. I am sorry he was kicked... hes a good guy. My post had the original intention of showing how weak Azurehaze was and is.
I wouldn't agree, keepers, NTs and Crats can also be good at TL3 if done right (NTs and Crats more towards the top levels of TL3 though), so that's 10 out of 14 profs that are viable.
