IRRK: ICC offer protective measures to Rubi-Ka

The ICC Ship Troy-jainnia arrived in Rubi-Kan space early this morning towing a planetary sized plastic balloon-like object.
Discussions had occured earlier this morning about both the viability of the protection and what chance it would have of stopping the Kyr'ozch threat.
The ICC was able to confirm that the protection offered by it was around 99% but was likely to tear or split if proper measures weren't used.
ICC Spokesperson Rear Admiral Olaf spoke out for the measures saying that "The Kyr'ozch constantly threaten us with 'Standardised Trauma and Dangers', along with having intricate 'Specialised Targetted Information' about what we do, where we go and how we do it. It's about time we had something to protect against that."
