I just logged on and... upkeep spam!

Hi,

So i just logged on my froob not long ago after a break, and i get spammed with upkeep costs, like shown here (deducted x9):

Anyone else had this issue, is it like accumulated debt or something?

I think you been away for approx 9 months then?
Pretty sure the spam is "saved" for when Leader of an organisation logs in, just to make sure said person remember to have an valid bankbalance and to inform that credits are withdrawn. To avoid petitions about missing money from orgbanks etc.

All of the above is my guessings and nothin else, they make sense in my head atleast!
