Actually, the key thing is the DB flag "CanBeWornWithSocialArmor". There is at least one bracer that can be worn (Hollow Bone Bracer, Tara drop), and there are a few 14.5 DB items which (to my knowledge) no one has obtained yet, like the Mirror Mask.

And I still want my Shades of Syncopated Heartbeats.

Making this thread a sticky is a must. Oh, and by the way, I didn't see it noted but it seems the only rings that you can wear must be health rings. I found this out the hard way. I'm not sure if you can wear experience rings but it's a maybe.
