According to Genele:
The mission Uncle Pumpkin-Head will drop one item from the social Halloween items from any previous year.
It will also have a chance to drop mission specific social items.
And a chance to drop the Freedom Arms, Sunburst, BBQ Shoulder Pillow or the Sunglasses of Syncopated Heartbeats.

I've tried running missions with 220 Shade, 200 fixer and 150 MA, and only got those crappy berries to show so far, which really sucks... :-s
Same here did tons of mission on lev 220, 200, 150 and all I got was {Edited by Valter: Profanity removed} candy ...

Can confirm that pistols/pillows drop from the "lantern" missions, not sure on the "old school phatz" mission. Gotten 3 pistols in 30ish missions so far, pulling on my 220. One ql200, one ql 18x, and one ql 15x chapman.
Thanks for the update Veev, been running the "old school phatz" with no luck, will change the missions to "latern" and try.
