"Official" 199-200 Event info!

with all the talent here, I'm not too worried about someone wanting to take charge tho point at mob, do what you know you're supposed to do, gotta love it.


I'll be gone for the day, but I'll update this evening, and start sending reminders over NN and Dnet regularly until Saturday. hopefully FC will send a global announcement on Saturday before we gather.


the general opinion is that we should try an APF after LotV. everyone cool with that?

I'd be willing to lead it up. APF after LoTV sounds alright to me, and yea, it would be cool if FC jumped in a bit.

Well at first, I was told they were all for adding to the event in some way, but after some email correspondence from them, I'm getting the feeling that their involvement might be limited to curiosity over the outcome and how they can support future events like this. I'm expecting a reply from them today, and I'll post the content.

If they can't do much, it's mainly my own fault for not knowing anything at all about handling events and working with FC. It seems like things move very slow in their office due to staff commitment in other areas, and I'd need to get with them at least a month in advance OO I think that's why we've seen very little of the old school random events like we used to have. it seems like they want change this tho, from what I've been reading. I hope that's right.

Either way, it should be awesome, AO staff is curious about the outcome (so am I), they want screenshots. and I"m looking forward to it.
