Maybe that small subset is the real set, the one based on speculating about possible future developments of science. As opposed to the "broader" field of the "fantastic" were wild speculation based on nothing that sometimes even contradicts real science for no good reason gets defined as science fiction.

Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of the fantasy genre too and there are some excellent stories that mix different genera, but a lion is a lion, an eagle an eagle and a mixture of both a chimera.

I thought the entire point of AO was that its so absurdly far in the future that the science has a closer resemblance to magic then it does to our current tech?

And then you have the Xan that were so much further ahead of that when they went extinct eons before.

Bor is one of the best laid out cities especially compared to OA to OT. You need to get over to Bor more.

PS: any radical change to an omni city is welcome, they are the worst lay out EVHAR!

My problem is with Bor losing direct Jobe access while Clan and Omni keep theirs. You must not be a Neutral since you don't care what happens to Bor.

It's funny you Neuts think Bor is and was a Neutral city. Omni-Tek owned Borealis and now the ICC do. The ICC are not the same Neutrals as you guys. The ICC is made up of hyper corporations (a large part being filled by Omni-Tek, whilst the Neutrals of Rubi-Ka have no presence in the ICC).

I do, and I remember how we all moved when OA became the new clan hub.

WTB a revamp of Omni-Ent like the effort put into OA. Except some silly rp excuse for a revamp, the reason Ent needs one is because its an abandoned ruinous pf that most omni players avoid like the plague. 2/3's of the 'bars' in Ent are broken and don't work. It's like a great idea that didn't get finished. Wait I've seen this before. I really liked the job they did with OA.
