OTPC: ICC considers sanctions against OTRK

    ICC considers sanctions against OTRK
    September 26th, 29487.

According to reports from offworld, Manex corporation has brought a resolution forward to an ICC committee petitioning Omni-Tek to remove the temporary CEO of OTRK.

Manex's proposal outlines sanction options ranging from import-blockades to lease shortening and military action. These proposals specifically target OTRK and, by what we understand, Manex is keen to maintain its relationship with Omni-Tek as a whole.

An unverified statement from a Manex ICC representative hints at the company's motives.

"Manex personnel aboard the Sunrise Station in Rubi-Ka orbit have received intelligence that we feel is of great significance to Omni-Tek and the interstellar community.

"In spite of a communications near-blackout, our sources were able to detail a dangerous coup within Omni-Tek management that threatens interstellar security.

"While violence is commonplace on Rubi-Ka, the recent unrest on the planet has fractured OTRK and affected notum production. The current deficit is projected to become a shortage crisis within two solar months.

"Notum supply is essential to galactic stability. We must take action. The notum must flow."

The only thing that surely flows from OT as a whole is effluent of the first degree.
