As you likely read on auno, the lower qualities have dropped in totw off the skeletons. Beyond that, I may have had a katana drop from the skeletons in camelot but I really do not remember. I would also suggest trying to kill the skeletons which spawn on the 3rd floor of IS from the right side boss and if they drop loot then it is possible they can drop the katana. I know I have seen katana drop from something but what it was has been forgotten.
