OTPC: Omni-AF scouts and tags the Humbold Device

OTPC: Omni-AF scouts and tags the Humbold Device!
    June 21st, 29487.

At 0249 Wednesday 19th June, a brief flash of light appeared above Fair Trade. A signal received, a transport co-ordinate passed, then another flash of light preceeded only silence. Four seconds in total.

With the CEO's speech soon approaching, and the great reveal due only a day before that, OTAF took Borealis' security systems to defense readiness condition 4. At 1901, the same four second sequence happened again. However this time with the defensive systems active OTAF's Security Network began magnified analysis of a new object having briefly entered Borealis through an unauthorised translocation method. A full metallurgical analysis was completed and a partial codescan completed.

At 0415 Thursday 20th June, the signal appeared again inside Borealis, full codescan copy-download and tagging procedures commenced prior to it's dissappearance.

OTAF recognises the device as 'The Humbold Device,' while the Device has yet to appear in Borealis again, OTAF has integrated the tag into the surveillance network in order to gain footage of the item.

The alternative locations in which this device has been recorded are classified. OTAF however can confirm that the device has at no point during it's journey; moved into Omni-Tek territory and since the full scan, not re-appeared in Borealis.

Omni-AF and Omni-Tek would like to take this time to remind both the Neutrals and Clans that unauthorised translocation of unapproved technology to Omni-Tek territory will result in it's abilities being recinded and technology dismantled.

The Clan Logo on the OTPC photos suggest only one thing. OTAF are Clans and they all should be jailed and executed. Start with Bahirae Seruguisu. Please.

As far as I understand, the humbold device was created by the ICC and not clanners nor neutrals. Direct your issues to them please.

Whaaaat? So Humbold gets killed and ICC decide to take measures to make all clan leaders' patterns safe. So far, so good. Makes sense. Then they make this device and send it to Omni territory? Are they freaking insane?

ICC, just stop trying to help. You're not good at this. Just stop...
