There is actually few sarcasm in his invitation, you claim that the planet is propperty of Omni and you can send anyone off. But aparently the Omnis arent able to walk everywhere on their "own" planet.

This is owing to ICC restrictions which hinder our capabilities. ICC will not allow Omni-Tek to use its full military might; if we could, you would see how quickly the planet be rid from scum.

I actually think ull be surpriced how "easy" that would be. But its actually fun to see you think so much of yourselfs makes a fall only that much more fun when that happens
