Using those stims on myself locks my first-aid skill for 40 seconds. If I use it on my teammate, it locks my and my targets first-aid skill for 40 seconds. Is that correct?
I always thought, that it always locks only my skill. Well and yesterday I tested it... the conclusion is, that I shouldn't use first-aid in combat on my teammates anymore, because it maybe, that my first-aid skill is much lower than my targets, and he cannot use his (perhaps) better stims.
