    dshark doesnt need buffs, keepers do.
    this change is nice, but rather meaningless. Keepers still will be at the bottom of food chain.

    (l)soti has always had FA as far as I can remember. Not that it helps them too much at that level (PvP-wise).

    Those crits could easily cap on player health, and LSoti's speed made it compatible with a crit scope as well.

    It only caps on some professions (around 1k crit on my enforcer who has 7k HPs). It still won't help them to beat equally equipped and skilled enforcers, docs, traders and following profs would also have the upper hand: soldier, MP and GA fixer. I think they only stand a fair chance vs. MAs, advies and agents and vs rest of prof that no one PvP with at this level.

    I have a 60 keeper, the above is correct (other than doc). Even went as far as wen-wen...

    That's because there are no properly built docs at this level (or at least I haven't seen any in years). Only one worth mentioning that I know of is Drmurskain, but he is trox with JAME which is not the best combo vs high dmg profs imo.

    I've made a QL 90 MA that will stand up to any prof except enf and sold.

    Turning TL3 on it's head a bit ftw.

    Really? Think I only ever lost to one keeper on my old doc (and even then it was 50/50 who'd win)...

    Anyone know what the mechanics of fast attack are? (ie. fling cycle/recharge?)

    Better yet, anyone know how much fast attack skill is needed to cap recharge at 6s?

    I remeber when Keepers killed entire cities of people and no one could do anything about it. (Unless they had a Keeper too.)

    Any fun keeper weapons with sneak atk lately? That would almost make me wanna create one! ;P

    Or as i heard suggested, make melee energy green and give em some ME boofs!
