Looking for tl7 people really but join anyway if you're below, just accept you may not be able to find a team with org very easily.
We're not looking for idiots or people solely out for themselves, seriously - we'll just kick you. If, however, you want to have fun with a group of chaps that want to help each other and have fun raiding stuff, we're probably where you wanna be.
Current attitude to recruitment is that we would rather take a useless 220 MP (you know you're useless) who plays well and isn't a twat, than a doc just because you're a doc. We want good solid people, not twats.
The only purpose of rank below general here is to block people from kicking you for fun, everyone really has an equal say. If you join and want something to happen, just bring it up - if enough people agree it gets done.
