OTPC: Admiral Cookson Dies. Burial requested on Rubi-Ka.

The OT Ship "Constanople" has arrived above Rubi-Ka once more, it's previous visits co-incide with the Ares Project and the closely guarded Project Rapture.

Constanople's current presence above Rubi-Ka after high warp from a neighbouring system is upon request of it's previous commanding officer. Admiral Cookson ran the Constanople for fourty-eight years and Omni-Med officials are reporting his death as 'unsu****ious and a natural passing of one of our much loved officers.'

The Constanople has already been elected a replacement; Admiral Hamilton, the famed protegé of Bahirae Serugiusu. Admiral Hamilton has lived on Rubi-Ka for the last five years, conducting orbital training exercises in preparation for such a position as this. The Constanople will stay in orbit for approximately four days before catching up with Delta Fleet.
