Neutnet. Not aligned to any faction. Just follow the rules(something it seems a lot of people are incapable of) and you won't have any issues

neutnet is full of nazi's. I got a warning for sending a message saying "12cats lf keeper" and they said humor is not allowedNAZIS
Dnet is not clan aligned, nor is it Omni aligned. It's simply terrible.
Neutnet is actually a pretty awesome tool to use to shop/gather people/raid for all factions...the moderators are awful people tho. As if the application for Neutnet Moderator has "Must be anti-social and an elitist prick" on it. So just make sure to spell everything correctly and use the correct channels to post things or you'll be banned in a hot second.

Neutnet admins are horrendous. I'd stick to using dnet.
My vote is for dnet too. Neutnet brings nothing to the table.
