    I've seen that this is possible on Testlive, so why not on Live aswell?

    because testlive is a test server where you test stuff and live is the play server where you play. therefore, on testlive you can outfit a basic toon, get insta 220/30/70 and have the tools to test things like daily missions (using the mission blocker remover to get the daily you want to get without having to wait 18 hours between pulls)

    on the one hand i agree with lazy otoh itd make FC money if they put em in the store and wouldnt affect anything other than the speed people level at which when you consider kite hill is still their isnt a reason at all
