Looking at CoN's old main city rent:
~275mil a month, for 12 months.... times 8 years = 26,400,000 Billion.
If "gaming" companies still sell ~1B for $30 USD, thats approx $800 worth fed into my old org City in Cav 2B.

We finally let the city blow a few months ago (as well as about 6 other cities) only to find out the day of server merge Funcom gave plots/buildings/etc. in mail based on how many cities you had on the day of merger.
