    only problem would be if they hit enough to keep bringing his hp down

    Slayers would miss almost every hit, drop like flies.

    Hehehe funny thread,

    Our guild has done Harbringer of the general...same damage mob as the generals right hand. How many players you ask?

    14 players.

    How we did it. it was nuthing tricky except plain and simple tactics. How long was the fight......from the intiation of combat to finish and standing over there remains......2hours. We have screen shots on our guild board so this aint crap. His regen rate and how much damage output you can achieve plus his insane HP....its juts going to be a long long long fight.

    But you dont need an army for these mobs and you dont need insane tactics. You just need to look at the classes and see what they can bring to the battle and utilise them the best.

    Hell we killed the "Pest" and the"One" with one team of 6. LOL i see postinsg about needing 3 to 4 teams to kill the pest We just knocked over the One today with a team of six. Great battle. But a good team knowing what they are doing......Our guild is massively impressed considering what previuos battles have brought.

    One thing in all these battles we have taken away. THis isnt for level 160-170-180s. THese battles are for serious diehard fans of their classes, know them intimately and bring there knowledge and try stuff and discover something they bring to the battle.

    Good luck guys. Our guild is knocking them over. Hopefully you work it out as well.

    I think just have a look at all the approaches u have made. Turn up and Alpha a mob. and his HP moved a bit then went back up.....but you dont know if that was his regen our he used a stim pack to heal because the fight never progressed past 10 mins.....you were all dead.

    Numbers arent the solution. Control the focus of the fight. I mean Nts even bring stuff to the fights.....Lick of the pest is great help....subtle help though you keep mob licked and you have helped the team crunch down his HP. Its going to be a long long fight.....on scale some of us arent use to.

    Its been heard that all these mobs have and can be taken down with at the most 4 teams(including Ian warr and co).

    I should mention that the GRH and Harbringer are considered only the placeholders for the real mob that drops the loot. And we yet to see what the real boos can do....after we killed Harbringer........we have suspect a 20% chance the real boss will spawn. well he didnt. Just another harbringer. Wish we could go back and do again. It should be auto spawn for a fight that long.
