I was written up for violation of company policy for using that terminology in an email regarding grevious error by field technicians. In a certain geographical area the techs (for the region) decided to ground customers cable/internet signal by wrapping it around the home's POWER BOX. 36 trouble calls later (per HOME) they still could not figure out where all the interference was coming from.
