Make a free AoC or TSW account with a new username/password. Then make the TSW or AOC as your "master account," then add your AO account to the master account and merge them to use the new username/password.

Pretty sure you must enter the child's account username/password to merge it under a master account so not quite helpful.

Regardless if it works or not, much appreciated. I eventually got hold of CS and they resolved it pretty swiftly
