Not that I expect anyone to use neutnet for actual pvp spamming in the near future, but it might be better to make that one default to your own alignment.

Then again, it's probably more effort than it's worth.. Ideally, though.

Wouldn't be a hard to implement really...not many uses the sided feature regardless though. I _think_ it's most beneficial as it is now, but if more people want that changed, it can be done in like 10 minutes....with deployment.

There's !online...but that only shows online people at the moment. Currently there 852 subscriptions and 1046 characters and rising. Shouldn't be too hard getting something like that available in a command though.

That might be the best thing you can provide. But just occasionaly getting stats of users and how many messages are sent one average day posted on forums would be nice.. Not that I give very high-priority for those. But they are one way to follow trends in population.

If it isn't too hard, even smarter parsing. In cases like:
!spam shopping

In later case you get the prompt of channel and the word shopping get's added to message. Which kinda annoys me. Not sure if it's smart to remove it though... Maybe in cases where the same channel is chosen...

I don't really understand what you're meaning here. You don't get the menu anymore. You need to type out the whole command. Just use !shopping <message> which is an abbrevation for !spam shopping all <message> now though. It's hard to figure out all the possibilites which people can type...but removing channel name or faction at the beginning of message isn't really that hard...not sure it's needed anymore though.

I'm sure its been mentioned but...any chance of reducing neutnets lockout on shopping to that of dnets?

It's already been lowered from 2 hours actually. I really don't see the need of making it even lower. People can use !src <search_term> or !history to look up what has been posted. Making it even lower will just cause more spam that isn't really needed unless I'm forgetting about something. Please do tell if I'm missing something here though, but if the reason is just that you want to spam the regular WTS <insert random piece of equipment here>, I really don't see the big need for it.

Reason Dnet's lockout is what it currently is at is because it allows people selling lootrights the chance to send out two (I think it was two anyways) messages and have a reasonable chance of getting the buyer there in time if they have a engi to beacon warp.

I was farming Dreadlocks at the time I decided on the lockout (farming on Rk2 that is, selling via Neutnet)

With that said though, a person spamming a regular item at that interval would be a bit much and we have had to warn people to stop posting so much, although that has been very rare.

Neutnet has a shopping channel and a lootrights channel. Lootrights lockout is only 5 minutes where shopping's lockout is 30 minutes. If your selling lootrights, you should post in lootrights and enjoy a much shorter lockout
