Now that the update is live, I have just one question:
Will I see twinks (Not 200 twinks, not 207s) flagged in open PvP? For realz? No playin'?

Yes there are lots, over time most of us rerolled to 157-161s. Bringing anything 165+ is pretty pointless unless you have alot of tl 7 support.

well i made 207 only because omni had them + i was bored so....
didnt had anything to do with not being able to be decent at tl5
