What none of you realize is that there IS snow already!

But it requires >TL6. Anyone lvl201 or over can frolick all they want, but you guys are SOL. Tough luck.

Remove level caps from snow!

Obviously an MA weapon - snowballs should be low damage but high crit - a good snowball should have a chance of decappitating your opponent.
