We currently have no date on reworking the Breakthrough Bundle Pack. The issue it was experiencing was somewhat fundamental to its design. Releasing it in a different form is something we want to do at some point, but this is prioritized against the other things designers are working on.

I am also unclear whether you actually mean Paid Points, or you are referring to Funcom Points which are spent in the Item Shop. In either event, I am currently looking into the details of our reimbursal policy, and because the Breakthrough Bundle Pack was sold for Funcom Points it will be a company-wide policy. However, I would like to point out that it is somewhat normal in an item shop scenario to add and remove offerings over-time. For example, once the Valentine's Day content is removed from the shop these items will no longer be able to be purchased (until, presumably, next year!) The only difference with the Breakthrough Bundle Pack is that we had to pull it without warning because of the nature of the issue.
