Which are some of the weapons (dual wieldable) with the highest critical damage of high ACs mobs?

Despite the lack of min damage, Premium Ultra-Light Missile Pistol Raid 9-X might be one of the highest ranged weapon. It's also quite fast and easy to cap fling recharge on, a lot of fun (on a trader). Crit damage rivals PDKP.

In this same line you could also mention the:
Extra Sweet Chocolate Surprise. Nice high crit but so not useably slow.
Sparkling Freedom Arms might be fun.
Or go for a Sword of Wonder.

Funnily enough I just saw Extra Sweet Chocolate Surprise in one of the Borealis special weapon shops and couldn't resist giving it a try. It has a clip of 1 that can't be reloaded, and brawl doesn't work
