I've heard and read a couple of things mention ip resets. Do these really exist, or are they merely wishful thinking? If they do exist, how and when can you get them, and what skills can you alter?
You get 1 IP Reset Point per titlelevel you gain, usually. Rise to Titlelevel 2, you get 2 new IP Reset Points. 3 for the next titlelevel, and so on.
To use IP Reset Points, you have to take off -all- equipment, including implants. Open your Skill window. Close to the display where your remaining number of IP points is, there should be another number - this is the IPR count.
Left-click on the button by the IPR number, then left-click on the skill you want to reset. You'll then get a confirmation (Yes/No) to ensure that you really want to do this. If you click Yes, you'll get back all the IP points spent raising that skill, so you can now redistribute them.
