deflection shields: "unable to perform"

hi,

i raised parry to around 500 and plan maxing it. trying to use a deflection shield it keeps saying:
"you`re unale to perform this action. please check item..."

well i check item and the only requirement is
"
use:
parry from xy
"

whats going wrong?

im fixer, and tested it with ga or without.

try unequip ur weapon and try again.

It doesnt work if u have a gun equiped. Drop the gun it works I had same problem. Havent tested with any other ranged weaps.

ah damn, thats what i feared
coudlnt test it cause i need 3 full auto implants to equip and after equipping switching to 3 assault rifle implants (fixer whielding CHS)
