The heads... uhmm.... yeah....
The ugly wrinkled female nanomage is ugly, yes, but at least looks genuine.
As for the other female heads, i am not even sure which breed they are supposed to belong to.
The heads should be improved compared to what we have atm, not -changed-.
By changing them too much, we are going to loose the original spirit.
Sad.

No, but really, I think it all looks great. Some things may be a bit bothersome to some people. Personally, I am glad you guys are even putting forth this much of an effort to increase the experience of the game. And for that, I thank you. I can't wait to have AO a more vivid experience.

The Solitus, Nanomage and Atrox heads all look fine.
You might want to reconsidder the opi ones though. The male one looks like a dunmer (morrowind) and the top right one looks "too much" like an elf. Don't get me wrong, its a nice one. But something is off about it...

No, since Hecklers are supposed to eat away the land (thats why they're at or near the brink of the shadowlands), teeth can never be over the top. I actually feel the mouth is a bit too small...

Ok, the heckler looks good, the floating rocks that move by unseen force effect someone mentioned is an animation detail, you may still see a bit of that for some attack positions. The heads are fine, so you can make chars from young to old is good, hell, I'm old and still play some. My main complaint is the soldier ofab armor.... why not camouflaged... sigh

Stuff on pic 1 looks very good.

Heads on pic 2 look good, they look like "normal" believable people. Hawt sexy chicks in armored underwear are all the rage but I like these characters.

Hecks have nice textures but the mob looks silly. Thin, stick-like legs, a mouth that looks made for sucking and teeth that look like tearing fangs.
I suggest trying to fix the leg mesh if possible and redesigning the mouth to look like a "crushing" mechanism. Or at least turning those ****ky teeth into broader crushing ones.

Note: Mammalian molars and carnivorous "carnassial" teeth are good examples of crushing and shearing teeth.
