DEFENSIVE_MODIFICATION was the cover name so it could hide out in plain site and not be discovered for a long time, the real name was The Secret Nerf Table. I wonder what else is hiding in there. Perhaps they should pubish the contents of such a wonderful table so that everyone can stare into the Heart of Madness(tm)

I'm curious too, as there seems ('seems' being the key word. active imagination falls into play here) to be an effect on mobs landing hits more often when they are rooted, at least in SL.

Mobs do all sorts of weird things in SL when rooted/snared. Hit each other to clear roots/snars, agg rules and damage range seem to change, etc. Sometimes it even looks like the mob unrooted long enough to run back into range and then re-rooted (which I'd guess has to do with the walking while snared if not aggroed). Weird stuff.

It's really nice to hear you talk about mistakes made in the past Kintaii. I was very, very bitter at the game when SL launched as a max level doctor because I felt like my class in particular had tools taken away in SL (complete heal became useless) and there was nothing to make up for it. I knew that calmers felt much the same way at the time.

Every poor NT like mine back then who tried to mezz Ado Hecks on Add Hill with the highest RK nano prolly can still feel the pain... What I don't get still is why the frell the SL ones have such a longer cast time, where other profs can insta them. Especially since it can make the difference between "I get away" or "I'm toast" on a squishy NT :P
