About CB, even if I know it's no longer on the move (or is it ?), how about a certain increase of firstly, the % of NR checked by the nano itself, not so much but still, and then, drastically increase the second and third checks (of the same nano, I know, but with placing something that makes the second and third debuffs known as being second and third, something that acknowledges that CB I is currently running in someone's NCUs, I forgot if it already worked like this heh, been a while), and until CB I disappears of the NCUs, any try to land it again, in order to debuff another 1K of NR, will be harder to land.
