New difficulty on Collector seems pretty right (i.e challenging enough for the pickup "enf/doc/calmer/3 DD" team).
Loot is ... well maybe a bit too low now, and certainly too random. It would have been nice to see the "weird looking nanos" or more Ado/Inf dynaloot instead of random nodrops from RK raids (APF stuff, HI specs, tara stuff, ...). Also it would make sense that The Collector has the stuff availaible in locations close to him before he starts getting RK stuff.
Second boss seems very wrong. While being a very fast kill for good teams, it just becomes a nightmare in average teams. The same average team that will kill Collector 30-50% of the time and sometime walk away without even getting some social armor or a bronze box containing TOTW stuff (add some loot or tune down the healing ability a bit - against good teams, she won't be able to heal at all so it will make the "get to Collector" part a bit faster only for average teams)
Edit : ICC armor is nice. Heads are ... hmm ... not something I'd choose for any character !
